Facilitators and their partnering agencies must agree to and abide by the allowances granted within the Living Well with a Disability License Agreement. Licensees shall renew the annual agreement to implement the Living Well with a Disability workshop and to use program materials. There is no separate charge for the License. Training fees and the cost of ordered materials covers the licensee’s use of the Licensed Materials (the Living Well with a Disability health promotion program).
By reading and checking the box in the License Agreement Summary, the licensee agrees to the terms and conditions.
Living Well Peer Training is free. Trainees must register to participate.
Workshop Facilitator Training is $99 per person, which includes the cost of the Living Well with a Disability Facilitator Manual.
The cost to participate in the Master Training is $1500 per person and will be available as the training program develops further.
